7-day window

You may return most unused DIOORA products within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided they are in original packaging with all accessories, seals, and tags intact.

What qualifies

Product is unused and in resaleable condition
Original box, manuals, cables, and freebies included
No physical damage, liquid exposure, or missing parts
Request raised within 7 days of delivery date

What does not qualify

Opened hygiene-sealed ear tips or wearables marked non-returnable
Personalized or limited editions marked final sale
Products damaged by misuse after delivery
Returns requested after the 7-day window (warranty still applies for defects)

How to return — 3 steps

Open My Orders and choose Request return, or email support@dioora.com with your order number.
Our team confirms eligibility and schedules a free pickup where available.
After quality check, we process your exchange or refund under the Refund Policy.

Damaged or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund on priority — no hassle.

Founder Delivery returns

Orders fulfilled via Founder Delivery follow the same 7-day rules. Pickup scheduling may be arranged directly with our team for a smoother handoff.
