Delivery methods
- Standard Delivery — courier partners via Shiprocket (BlueDart, Delhivery, and more). Tracking and shipping labels generated after dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on eligible pincodes when enabled at checkout.
- Founder Delivery — handpicked areas where we schedule personal delivery for a premium unboxing experience.
Estimated timelines
- Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days
- Other cities: typically 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: up to 10 business days

Shipping charges
Charges are calculated dynamically from delivery settings. Orders above our free-shipping threshold (shown at checkout; commonly ₹5,000) may qualify for complimentary express shipping.
Tracking
Use Track Order with your order number and phone, or open My Orders when signed in. Courier AWB links appear once the shipment is created.
Delays & issues
Weather, strikes, or incorrect addresses can delay delivery. If something looks stuck, contact support@dioora.com — we will coordinate with the courier.
